Subscription Terms of Service

Hi! Here is the simplest form of our agreement.

In these terms, you are the Client, and I (Khayra Bundakji) am the coach. 

Subscription package agreement:

This applies to ongoing subscription programs available only to fixed-time program graduates or coaching package subscriptions

  1. Client is responsible to book sessions as per the Welcome Info email using You Can Book Me service.

  2. Client runs the risk of not using paid program sessions of the program if rescheduling conflicts occur. Sessions will not be carried on to the next month.

  3. Session begins at the scheduled time, which can be found in an email and calendar invite from You Can Book Me service. Client can reschedule at least one day before the booked time.

  4. Coach will be thorough, helpful and direct, with a supportive touch.

  5. Client is expected to engage with the program by using Heartbeat app to find courses and Coaching Notes

  6. If applicable, Coaching Notes and actions will be posted in the private chat at community.khayrab.com within 3 working days of a session unless the Coach explicitly informs the Client. Coach takes Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday off and will inform Client of any holidays as soon possible.

  7. Client has full right to cancel subscription any time. Subscription cancellation will take effect in the following month, as payment is collected at the beginning of the subscription.

  8. Clients who are graduates of the fixed-time programs can pause their subscription, they will need to inform Coach as soon as possible to do so. Pause will take effect in the following month.

  9. Subscription programs includes khayrab.com events that will be recorded only for fellow member usage. These recorded sessions will never be shared outside the khayrab.com community and Coach reserves the right to remove or refrain from posting for the sake of best quality service. Coach will take every effort to inform Client of events as far in advance as possible.
